I called the number listed here (1-212-796-6570) and the lady who answered was clearly upset her number is still being used even after she requested it be removed from your contact page, "over a year ago!" No one answers @ 1-877-779-7666 either. :(

I started my profile this evening (5/18/2016) and don't understand how I can have followers who haven't been active since 2011. I'm feeling a bit apprehensive about this site now. It seems I have no control to remove or change my information and deactivate the account.
